Skipper & Tucker our two of the south bay of Los Angeles’ most famous pups and Optimist Made’s fearless leaders! They keep the calm in the storm. They bring the momentum when things are dragging. They give you great company when you are feeling lonely.
They are beautiful English labs that hail from Massachusetts. Tucker sometimes sits like your favorite grandmother, so will answer to the name, “Nana.’ He will mischievously get into anything where food is involved, but can you blame him? Among many, one of his most redeeming qualities is that he is one of the cuddliest puppies in the world! Skipper is Tucker’s uncle and keeps a watchful eye on his nephew. He is independent and loves to sunbathe. He is a caring soul and revels in the fact that everyone is okay. If everyone else is okay, then so is Skipper.
They live between their three homes, one in Redondo Beach, the next on their boat in the King Harbor Marina, and the final in Manhattan Beach on the strand. While they love all of their homes and any opportunity to swim in the Pacific Ocean, they would be happy anywhere!
Optimist Made love Skipper & Tucker because they love unconditionally. They remind you that everything is okay as soon as you walk in the room. When in doubt, stare them in the face and you will find the answer. We are lucky to have them on our side!
