FAQs

Finding our coveted designers is a mix of planning, fate and luck. In some cases, Optimist friends make us aware of designers we should meet, in other cases, we do our research or are referred by our current designers to their friends as well as scout global marketplaces and showrooms to seek out talent that is a fit for our platform. If you know a designer we need to meet, please email us at Chat@optimistmade.com.

Orders ship within 48-72 business hours of the order being completed, if it is placed Monday – Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship within 48-72 business hours of the next business day. If an order is placed on a nationally observed US holiday, it will ship with 48-72 business hours of the next business day after the holiday.

Of course! We believe that every order should feel like a gift, whether it be for you or a loved one. However, if your order is intended for a special occasion for a loved one, let us know the occasion and the person you are purchasing for and we will make sure that your order is handled with the utmost love and care. Please contact us at Chat@optimistmade.com with the gift recipient details.

Items are rarely replenished due to nature of how our designers produce and the magic in the uniqueness of our offering. Many items are one-of-a-kind or produced on a limited scale basis. If you see something you like, grab it! You will likely not see it again, but you will see another item equally as beautiful once items from that designer are replenished.

If you contact us at Chat@optimistmade.com within 24 hours of your order being placed, we may be able to amend your order. Once the order has shipped, changes can no longer be made unless a full return or exchange is processed.

If items are in the perfect condition and have not been worn, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund and with free shipping back to Optimist Made. Any item returned in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery, may be returned for a store credit.

If a return is being made within the approved window, you will reach out to Optimist Made customer service at Chat@optimistmade.com and a pre-paid label will be sent to you.
