Journal Exercise #1

How do you show up for yourself in times of no rush?  Nowhere to be, nothing to do, those moments...what does that look like?  What does that feel like?

What does that sound like, etc.?  What do you notice that you never would otherwise?

I’ve been really getting in touch with what my body is telling me to let my intuition help guide me during this time. 

When you’re trying to make a decision, close your eyes, slow down, get still, and LISTEN: what is your body telling you?  How does your body FEEL when you visualize and embrace one option/outcome vs. another?
