I often find myself felling like there's so much to keep up with and I can get overwhelmed with a never-ending to-do list that just keeps growing. Anyone else?

I also find that it can be super helpful and encouraging when I'm able to cross a few simple things off of my to-do list. So, in the nature of that simplicity, write down three tasks you're needed to get done that you've been avoiding or that are lingering around. Pick at least ONE to complete TODAY, and circle it. Hold yourself accountable, complete it, then cross it off of your list. Write yourself after and thank yourself, give yourself a pat on the back, and set yourself up to be successful again tomorrow.
