APRIL'S JOURNALING WITH AVA

AVA MORENO

Our beautiful Health & Wellness Contributor, Ava Moreno, shares YAMA (the first branch of yoga), with us this week. She has recently been diving into asteya: non-stealing. For Ava, she often witnesses it aintegrity with ideas, giving credit where credit is due, and being respectful of and non-stealing of people's time.

In what ways do you practice non-stealing/asteya? How do you show those you care about that you respect and value their ideas, their time, their contributions - and do you do the same for yourself?

Want more of where this comes from? Join The Work By Ava at www.theworkbyava. It is packed with movement work, workshops and mental gymnastics that is good for the soul.

Our Founder, Rochelle Webb shares her journal entry with you as a promise and commitment to you as our community members:

No one moves through life alone. We all get by and get through with help and inspiration from those that we choose to surround ourselves by. This past weekend, I was showered in support by friends and committed members of my team to work together to tell the story of Optimist Made. That offering of the time from these optimists remind me that you get what you give. It is my promise and my goal to give the best parts of me everyday and to respect what is gifted back to me. Because time is our most valuable resource. This is my journal entry.
